The ‘Owl’ rosé is pale in hue and exudes a wild strawberry bouquet, is dry on the palate but then gives a twist of berry fruit on the finish. Like all previous vintages it will become a pink hit for drinkers in Hampshire and beyond. Blended from Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Négrette and Gamay Noir.
