Aromatics on the nose combine the quince and lemons of Semillon with the vibrant, herbaceous gooseberry and green pea of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, mouth-watering citrus fruits are balanced by hints of more tropical passionfruit. An underlying flinty complexity is complemented by the subtle texture of French oak and a long, lingering finish of crisp grapefruit acidity.
