This is a well matured Northen Rhone style Syrah with complexity as a result of the unique combination of whole bunch and berries being wild fermented in the barrel. Violets, spices, white pepper on a core of blackberry and blueberry. A rich, well extracted wine showing dark fruits on the palate. Good balance of minerality, acidity and fine tannins with a long dry finish
