Their organic white Graves is a blend of 65% Semillon, 20% Muscadelle and 15% Sauvignon Blanc which is matured in oak for 9 months after fermentation. Rich, textured, baked apples, toasted almonds, stone fruits and green melon aromas and flavours. This is brilliant with meaty white fish like monkfish or dover sole and has the weight to match up to roast pork as well.
