Inspired by the mountains surrounding the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, the Hebridean Mountain Gin uses botanicals including Hebridean tea, wild heather, and a splash of the new make Tobermory whisky. A burst of lemon, sweet juniper and a hint of coriander and spice aromas come through, with a heathery florality and wild rowan berry flavour on the palate.
