The beautiful Isle of Harris Gin is put together with 9 carefully picked botanicals, each lending their own individual characteristics, and all sourced with particular attention to detail.
Sugar Kelp plays the starring role, bringing a complex, maritime edge to this delicious Gin which also offers bitter orange peel, coriander seed, liquorice and salty-sweet flavours. A true taste of the Hebrides.
Perfect serve: Plenty of ice, quality tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit.
