Formerly known as Fine Oak, Double Cask has been aged for a total of 12 years in a combination European and American sherry casks. Medium balanced with lemon citrus, vanilla and light toasted oak and nutmeg. Deliciously honeyed, ginger and citrus balanced with raisins and caramel.
