Cotswolds Bourbon Cask Whisky 59.3% – 70cl
Nose: The nose opens with some rich vanilla custard with a hint of malt, some dried summer fruits and a hint of creamy brioche rolls.
Palate: The front and mid palate are alive with taste, raisins, French patisseries, sweet caramelised figs, delicate vanilla. The finish is as rich as the nose and front palate but with an additional soft earthy tone with a hint of honey.
