Tasting Note: “Simple and tasty, reflected in its bright red fruit, subtle round notes from the oak barrels and then a lovely finish.”
Producer: Michael Opitz is nuts about sustainability and being organic and his wines have a lovely freshness, with hints of saltiness from the saltwater lake by his vineyards.
