Aged in bottle for 24 months.
Elegant sparkling wine with an intense flavour of the local varieties and fine texture. Citrus peel and hint of forest floor flavours are supported by the toasted bread. Rich ending and long aftertaste. Food Pairing: Artichokes, asparagus, sheep cheese and creamy sauces.
Complex and mature, the perfect combination between traditional and “new” Cavas. The collection reflects outstanding grapes, the art of blending, patience to allow the wine to mature at its own pace and the experience to know when it is at its best
