An elderflower & nelson sauvin saison. We made this beer with one of our yeast suppliers Bootleg Biology who are based in Nashville, Tennessee, they supplied us with a local capture Nashville wild yeast which was used to ferment this saison, we then added locally foraged elderflower and nelson sauvin whole hops
