Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at One Drop Brewing Co.
Clean FusionTM is a technique pioneered by One Drop that introduces a dry-hop charge to centrifuged ‘clean’ beer, then sending through the centrifuge for a second time, retaining flavour and aroma, without compromising on the nuances of carefully selected hop varieties. More information about this process can be found on their website.
