Polly’s Brew Co – Quiet Pleasure

Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:

Our favourite beers are the ones that tip a cap to stages of our evolution here at Polly’s. Who could forget the quiet pleasures of that first Citra Simcoe IPA we brewed that made us realise we were onto something special with our then-fledgling brewery? The quiet pleasures of that infamous after-work tasting of Citra Columbus IPA that turned into an 11pm crawl home? The quiet pleasures of finding that ultimate combo hop for Strata when we combined it with Simcoe to create Is It Over not a few weeks ago? Our history is peppered with these monumental steps on our brewing journey and we’ve combined but a few highlights here in Quiet Pleasures. Expect fresh cut limes and lemons, mega ripe stonefruit sweetness, pine needles, and passionfruit backed up with those distinctive dank notes in this IPA dripping with all those Polly’s checknotes.
