Located in the heart of the Maconnais, this estate vinifies white Burgundy wines from Pouilly-Fuisse and Saint-Veran appellations. For more than 20 years, the vines on this estate have been stimulated in their natural defences by herbal teas and preparations based on plants and minerals. They pay particular attention to the maintenance of the microbial life of the soil and also the development of the flora that is specific to each plot. In summer, they focus on manual interventions, like leaf thinning, in order to optimise ripeness as it improves the amount of sunlight to the grapes.

The estate switched to uncertified biodynamic viticulture in the 2000s, and they aim to not be extremist or intolerant, especially in terms of the climate change that is taking place. They are currently experimenting with plant cover and ploughing on the “sensitive” soils.
