The 2022 bottling of 21-year-old single malt whisky from Orkney’s celebrated Highland Park distillery. It’s been made using just 14 casks, all laid down during or before the year 2000. First-fill sherry seasoned oak combined with ex-bourbon barrels and refill casks result in a beautifully balanced release with aeons of complexity. The result is a gloriously smooth expression laden with all kinds of citrus and hedgerow fruits, laced together by the signature Highland Park heathery peat note.
