Every year our friends at The Whisky Show bottle some delicious whiskies to mark the occasion. For 2022, one of those in the line-up was this excellent Caol Ila! Aged for nine years in a single hogshead, it provides an unedited look at the expressively smoky, deliciously fruit-forward Islay distillery. A delight for all peated whisky fans.
