Bursting with flavour our award-winning 5.1% hazy pale leads with intense notes of citrus fruits, sweet tangerine, grapefruit & stone fruits.
Based on the recipe of our original beer Benchmark featuring our favourite US hops Simcoe & Amarillo. We add considerable amounts of oats in the malt bill then ferment with our house yeast strain to create a full-bodied, smooth & crushable Pale.
