Nose: Sweet and floral with hints of dried fruits, a little dried spice and charred oak, with a subtle smoke.
Palate: Some golden honeycomb, sweet light fruit notes, vanilla and toasted fruit cake. A little nutty with a rich caramel and dried vine fruits nutty flavours with a sweetness and slight hints of vanilla and caramel.
