Previously the heart of a fortified farm, the castle originates from the 13th century. Situated on the border between lands occupied by the French and English during the Hundred Years’ War, the castle played a crucial strategic role and frequently switched sides according to the political leanings of the lord.
Today, the estate spans 140 hectares, including its wonderful vineyards. The vines grow exclusively on the famed limestone plateau of the area, where they benefit from south-facing sun exposure and excellent natural drainage.
Origin: Bordeaux, France
