Aged in former Teeling Oak Casks and Ferrand Casks
Nose: Some woody notes opening the nose, with spices and tangy honey, toasted chestnuts, dry spices, with hints of peppers and berries for great contrast.
Palate: Lots of nice fruity notes come leaping across the front of the palate, some golden fruits, peach and honey, toasted waffles and maple syrup, candied orange, some dark broody notes adding a superb richness to the finish.
