The journey begins in Heidelberg, Germany to pay a visit to our friends at Bestmalz. There we secure a blend of a super-pale base malt, alongside their finest Heidelberg malt to create a vibrant visual glow. In addition we add a healthy dose of chit, wheat and oat malt to create body and a super velvety mouthful.
A long hop (no pun intended) across to the US into the luscious hop fields of Willamette Valley, nestled between the Cascade Mountains and the Oregon coast… where green gold glistens tall upon the bines and where the crew at Crosby Hops process the magic of CGX pellets.
Crammed full of Amarillo, El Dorado and Idaho 7 in both T90 and CGX pellet form to bring a full tropical paradise of stone fruit goodness on the palette and on the nose
