Nose: Sweet and fruity, soft citrus and sweet charred oak staves, mango and sweet peach, red berries and apricots, sultana and honey.
Palate: With a rich sherry cask note on the front, some candied orange and mellow creamy banana, toasted waffles and sweet maple syrup, damson and dates, toffee and soft cinnamon notes.
A mellow and full bodied finish as this excellent Irish pot still fills the palate.
