Clarendon 15 Year Old 2007 Rum Sponge 13
Nose: Bold and ripe citrus fruits, some apricots, waxed paper and late season hay, some toasted almonds and walnuts, some spice notes start to build as the dram rests in the glass.
Palate: Hot and spice notes. some dried citrus peel and ripe pears with a touch of peach, peppery and sweet at the same time, more fruits, a little honey and rye bread, mellow hints of charred apricots.
