Nose: Freshly dried tobacco leaf, sweet leather & spice some peppery notes, once this bourbon settles in the glass a more creamy note shines through on the nose, toasted oak, soft caramel and sweet spices, some honey and hints of ginger.
Palate: Some vanilla and waffles, some soft cinnamon and hints of red grape, cereal bars and dried peach, chocolate and caramelised fruit and cashews, demerara, barley sugar twists.
