Old Overholt 4 Year Old Straight Rye From the home of Jim Beam
Nose: Some rich and tangy aromas flow out from the glass, dried fruit, spices and a touch of toasted oak, some sappy notes, ginger and honey.
Taste: Let this one open for a moment or two, spices and sweet rye notes, a little warming toffee and ground pepper, a lingering and mellow aftertaste with a few nice twist of cinnamon and dry cocoa notes.
