During our time over in Yakima Valley last September, we were lucky enough to meet many talented hop farmers – one of which were the good people at Loza Farms, a Chicano owned hop farm from Wapato, WA. During hop selection, the hops you choose can come from a varying number of farms, but for this one brew, we were able to get all the Citra, Simcoe & Centennial from Loza Farms – something which is unlikely to ever happen again!
