Imperial stout aged for nine months in heaven hills bourbon barrels. From the first sip, Vulpes bombards you with intense, bitter dark chocolate from the combination of malts, followed by the boozy notes you’d expect from a beer of this calibre. Age has allowed the more nuanced flavours to become more prevalent.Shorter days and lengthening shadows herald quieter times and a chance to relax, reflect and take stock
