Tasting Note
“Biscuit, brioche and baked custard! All with some lemon curd zing and a brilliant structured palate.”
Producer
A biodynamic small producer Champagne – freed from the shackles of large negociants, there is a tidal wave of awesome small producers sweeping across the region, making brilliant wines at much lower pricing than the big boys. This is an outstanding example, making really good wine that just happens to be fizzy and from Champagne.
