To celebrate their 5th Anniversary, Andrew at Gwyr Gin has created a distiller’s cut of Gŵyr original. Using the same botanicals but a different technique with the juniper to give a greater juniper hit, as well as using spring fennel which they rushed up the hill from foraging to put it in the macerating liquid! The citrus has been dialed back and the angelica increased.
