This truly unique rye whisky gets its charm from the malt smoked in a barn with Finnish freshwater peat.
Tasting Note: Mossy, foresty, vegetal peat smoke wafts through the gorgeous layers of warm green apples and honey, and the peppery, woody rye spice. Deliciously rich and textured on the palate, there’s the sweet malty rye, a hint of dark chocolate, wet smoke and a smoky honeycomb finish – like a smouldering crunchy bar!
