Grapes : Spergola, Malvasia, Moscato.
Malvasia & Moscato provide complex aromatics of rose blossom, lime pith, ginger, tinned peaches, clementine zest and more. The Spergola adds a tannic structure that improves and becomes further embedded with time. Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites. Natural.
