With a taste profile that has both peated and unpeated malt this dram is a great example of the two barley styles in one glass.
Nose: Sweet with some light hints of almonds and fresh scones, hints of smoke and soft sea salt, dark fruits with a hint of leather and parchment.
Palate: Honeycomb and strawberries, some crushed black pepper, a tangy palate throughout, some waxy notes, hints of dark chocolate and dried fruits.
