Speyside 13 Year Old Chorlton Whisky 64.6%
Producers Note
This is sherry-matured single malt from Glenrothes distillery. You almost get two whiskies for one here.
What we say.
Nose: Sweet with some rich orange and chocolate notes, some dark dried fruits with a hint of sweet coated peanuts, a rich full bodied nose indeed.
Palate: A more vibrant palate at the front as a zesty citrus opens across the front of the palate, Rich fruit cake and honey with a little nutty crispy toffee profile, more citrus and cocoa add to a nice finish on this very enjoyable singe malt.
