A Christmassy Special from Starward Distillery in Melbourne, Australia, which takes their fruity, excellent single malt and gives it a decadent finishing few months in Tawny Port casks from the McLaren Vale. All the lush toffee, raisin and panettone notes from the port cask make an appearance, backed up by the big juicy red fruits and spice from Starwards iconic red wine cask maturation.
