Natural yeasts, bone dry, unfiltered. ‘Handcrafted by Leonardo Erazo and Christelle Guibert’. Hands down the best orange wine I have ever tasted. EXTRAORDINARY! Bone dry, and yet tasting of the sweetest cantaloupe melon and persimmon, rose petals and pecans in orange syrup. Nutty and wonderfully yeasty – like warm sourdough bread.
