This Grenache dominated blend includes Syrah and Cinsault from vines at least 50 years old. Post fermentation and blending, the wine is matured in large 40hl foudres for 15 months. Rich, ripe & textured. Pepper and warm spice as you’d expect with black cherry, leather a little pastille and a dash of garrigue herbs. 14.5%
