The Blanc de Blancs is formed from only the very finest parcels of Chardonnay and aged for a minimum of four years.

This will continue to mature and develop over the coming years so no need to rush to drink all of your bottles at once.

Tasting Note: Pale golden colour with gentle green hues and delicate bubbles, this displays the pure character of Chardonnay – white stone fruit, citrus, and a delicious honeyed character on the nose; clean and mineral flavours with pastry and brioche notes on the palate. It has a well balanced and refreshing acidity that gives way to a creamy mouthfeel and long, complex finish.
