A quite outstanding Prosecco is both dry on the palate with extended flavours of pear and citrus peel – and is not too frothy. It is organic and we presume good for you – but it endeavours to beckon sophisticated wine drinkers to reconsider Prosecco. A sparkling wine to enjoy in the garden, after work, with friends – ideally with some light charcuterie.
Tasting Note: Intense, with hints of green apple. Fresh, aromatic, and elegant, with light notes of bread crust.
