Tasting Note: Bright pink colour, reminiscent of onion skin. The nose expresses fresh red fruit with intense mineral nuances. In the mouth it is well balanced, slightly fruity with a pleasantly refreshing aftertaste in which fresh raspberries and wild roses emerge.
