A sparkling fruited one year old lambic, aged for another year with cherry and blackberries. This maceration of fruit combined with a slow second fermentation provides beautiful soft fruit flavours. After a third fermentation and bottling, the unique flavour of Fruity Watergeus might remind you of the taste of wine.
