Nose: Caramel and a slightly peaty note, some honey and ginger notes open up as this dram rests in the glass, berries and candied fruits add to the mix of this very enjoyable dram.
Palate: Opening up on the palate with a honey and fruit combination, some soft smoke and spice, lingering creamy toffee and golden maple syrup, soft oak notes and fresh baked cookies.
