Nose: Baked fruit cakes, soft tangy citrus and gentle ginger root, some coastal notes fill the nose before a toffee and crisp cereal bar note.
Palate: A nice coastal note, hints of salted peanuts, lemon grass and peach, sweet spices and a tangy rich fruity mid palate, Demerara sugar coated pastry, sponge fingers with a little lemon and sea salt.
