Nose: Like stepping into a fresh fruit hall of aromas with a subtle hint of toffee and fresh cut maple wood, a little hint of spiced apple and citrus flow with ease.
Plate: Rich tangy citrus notes like lemon and hints of lime open the palate, a soft sweet wood smoke, apples and fresh cut grapes with a soft spice.
