Redbreast 12 Year Old 40% – 70cl
Nose: With a deep and rich complex spicy aroma with dark ripe fruits aroma with toasted wood notes evident. Hints of sweet honey and chocolate
Palate: Smooth fruity and deliciously full flavoured, A silky smooth mid palate of dates and strawberries, some vanilla and soft spicy orchard fruits like red apples, the sherry cask bind the dram together so perfectly alongside some and toasted cereal notes. Satisfyingly long, the complex flavours linger on the palate.
