Nose: This is a contrasting nose of summer fruit and a smouldering BBQ note, some spent matches and lemon wine gums.
Palate: The influence of the cask is at play from the front and sides of the palate, some vanilla and salted caramel notes, warming spices with a hint of lemon sorbet, sweet fresh and smoke perfectly balanced.
