The wine is a vibrant citrus golden colour with fine and persistent bubbles. Lovely aromas flow from the Alvarinho grapes and the wine shows a classy balance between acidity and alcohol. Citrus flavours mingle with mineral and toasted bready notes in a wine which shows excellent persistence and complexity.
This is a very versatile wine for accompanying a wide range of cuisine. It also makes an ideal aperitif.
“Pure sparkling Alvarinho, this is fresh, crisp and full of green fruits, apples, and plums that are cut with a citrus line. Lightly perfumed, the wine is ready to drink.”
