This lovely gin is as local as you can get. Not only is the gin produced and distilled on Call Lane just round the corner from our little shop, it is distilled within one of favourite drinking dens by our good friends in Roland’s bar.
The gin is copper-pot distilled in tiny 20 litre batches, using 8 botanicals with leading citrus notes and a hint of hibiscus to create a bold, classically flavoured gin.

Key Botanicals
Juniper berries, coriander seeds, hibiscus, orange peel, cassia bark, liquorice root, angelica root & dehydrated lemon. Addition of rose petals and extra angelica.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant and floral. The bergamot gives a lovely citric lift.
Perfect Serve
Lemon tonic, cucumber ribbon and a sprig of fresh mint.
