To celebrate Loch Lomond Whiskies partnership with The Open, golf’s original championship, their “distillers cut” edition has been created by their Master Blender Michael Henry.
Matured in our finest American oak casks, the Open Special Edition 2019 a distinct fruit character with hints of peat and smoke.
Soft fruits, peach and pear with vanilla syrup on the nose. Sweet and fruity on the palate with honey, peat, some orange citrus and creamy vanilla. Medium in length, a touch of smoke gives way to lasting fruit notes.
