Produced from 100% Organic Monastrell grown on vines are more than 30 years old. Cherry red in colour with a dark core and lovely bright rim. Ripe red and black fruit on the nose with a slightly balsamic edge. Full, intense dark fruit on the palate with a nice balance of fruit, savoury and herbal flavours. Perfect for tapas or pasta dishes.
