Tim Knappstein is an Aussie legend, and after a big corporate take over of the company that bears his name (and their refusal to let him use his name as a brand) he created Riposte – a two finger salute to the bigger corporate world. This is a lovely fresh raspberry led Pinot Noir, lovely red cherries and a bit of spice on the back end.
